Yes, BestShip center handles customer returns. Each returned order requires a Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) to be created through your ShipDaddy account management portal either manually or automatically through a 3rd Party integrated returns service such as Loop or Returnly. ShipDaddy provides a demo on this step during the onboarding process. Upon receiving the returned items, ShipDaddy will process the return and either restock or dispose per your return standards.

BestShip center can source a variety of packaging options for you including dunnage, corrugated boxes, poly mailers, and bubble mailers of various size. Packing supplies such as tape and shipping labels are provided free of charge.
BestShip center does not charge a standard storage fee each month, but rather charges customers on remaining inventory stored at the end of the month. If a customer has no inventory remaining at the end of the month, the storage fee would be $0.
